If you want to reduce your waistline through movement, this is the best. This is called the "vacuum pose."

What you do is suck your stomach (this is an important difference because most people who suck their stomachs suck in their upper stomachs). So, suck in your stomach as much as you can and hold it in this position for between 15 and 60 seconds. The longer the better.

Then take a break and repeat.

Repeat this for a total of 5 minutes each day. My clients lose an average of 1.75 inches from their waist in less than a month doing this exercise. I even have some overly ambitious clients who do this 15 to 20 minutes a day, and on average they lose just under 3 inches from their waist.

You don't have to do it every 5 minutes in a row. You can do this exercise whenever you want. Remember to do a total of 5 minutes each day.
